How cost effective is outdoor mobile advertising?
Extremely. By using Dynamic Media Group you are going to get greater coverage for much less money than most other forms of advertising. The average cost for a mobile display is as low as $1.71 per thousand impressions (CPM).

How many hours of the day will my advertisement be on the road?
A Dynamic Media Group vehicle receives 6-12 hours of daily exposure and more than 20 days of exposure per month.

What hours of the day will my advertisement be on the road?
Carriers for Dynamic Media Group usually travel between the hours of 7 am-8 pm, Monday-Saturday. However, each carrier is different and their drive time will vary depending on the routes chosen. All of DMG’s vehicles will provide a minimum of 6 hours of daylight exposure during these hours.

How soon can I get my advertisement on the road once I sign the contract?
The average lead time for advertisement installation is 12 business days after final art approval. Need it faster??? Call us!

What types of vehicles are available for advertising?
Local metropolitan delivery trucks (AKA: Box Trucks/Straight Trucks), that are between 14-26 feet in length. These vehicles represent less than 1% of the trucks in a given Metropolitan market and must meet a strict 8 point qualification process.

What types of signs are used?
Two different types of vinyl signs are used, stretch and adhesive vinyl, depending on which vehicle display sides are used.

Stretch vinyl displays are the standard application for Dynamic Media Group. They can be used only for the side panels of a vehicle and in conjunction with a frame system. Stretch vinyl is potentially reusable and extremely durable. Quick removal and installation time makes this option popular with advertisers. Using Dynamic Media Group's frame system, banners can be removed and reused at another time in as little as 30 minutes.

Adhesive vinyl adheres directly to the vehicle and is great for long term campaigns. Due to installation and removal costs, this application is used on a limited basis and is not reusable. All rear panel displays must be adhesive vinyl to allow door function.

What size are the displays?
Standard stretch vinyl side displays are either 20.5 ft. x 6.5 ft. or 13 ft. x 6 ft. Standard adhesive vinyl rear displays are 7 ft. x 7 ft. Contact us regarding custom-sized adhesive displays that are also available.

Who will install and remove the advertisements?
A professional subcontractor of Dynamic Media Group will handle installation and removal of all advertisements. Installations occur on nights and weekends as to not interfere with carriers’ daily routes. There is no additional charge for this service.

What happens to the advertisement once the campaign has ended?
After the campaign, either one of two things will occur:

  • Removal and storage: If stretch vinyl is used, the display can be stored for use at a later date for another campaign.
  • Disposal: If adhesive vinyl is used, the advertisement is non-reusable, and is properly disposed.

Who creates the advertising message and artwork?
Dynamic Media Group has an in-house, large format graphic design team that assists in the creation of the mobile displays. However, it is not uncommon for advertisers to supply their own artwork. Click here for more detailed ad design information.

What routes will my advertisements be traveling?
Dynamic Media Group has an extensive carrier network with a multitude of different routes. Once your geographic location has been identified, your account executive and the logistics team will match your proposed route with a carrier that fits your needs.

How can I track the vehicles my advertisement is displayed on?
There are four methods that can be used to track your vehicle.

1.  Daily Driver’s Logs

  • Under federal law it is required that drivers keep logs detailing stops, mileage and locations on a daily basis
2.  Global Tracking Systems (GPS)

  • Some of Dynamic Media Group's carriers have GPS systems, allowing for 24 hour vehicle tracking.
3.  Spot Checks

  • Requesting a driver's delivery routes, days or weeks ahead of time allows for visual spot checks to be made.
4.  Result-Focused Campaigns

  • You will see a noticeable impact through an increase in phone calls, web traffic, and sales!

Who is responsible for replacing the advertisement if it gets vandalized?
If the advertisement gets vandalized during a campaign, the advertisement will be removed and replaced at no additional charge. The lost advertising time will be added to the end of the term.

What happens if the vehicle carrying the advertisement gets into an accident?

  • Emergency action steps will be taken.
  • Insurance is carried by Dynamic Media Group and the carrier (damaged displays will be replaced at no charge).
  • Any display time lost because of an accident will be added to the end of the campaign.

Is the mobile advertisement parked in a viewable area at night?
This is all dependent on the carrier's location and facility; this information will be provided when a carrier is chosen. However, Dynamic Media Group does offer premium services including onsite stationary viewing.
